- Contact information — name, email address, phone number, shipping and billing address.
- Order information — products purchased, order value, payment confirmation. Payment card details are submitted directly to our payment processors through Shopify Checkout; we don't store full card numbers on our servers.
- Account information — if you create an account, your username and password.
- Communications — messages you send us through forms, email, or social media, including partnership, ambassador, and support inquiries.
- Marketing preferences — the email address and any preferences you provide when you subscribe to our list.
- Event and tournament information — if you register for a basa-hosted league, tournament, or event, the registration details you submit.

When you visit the Site, we and our service providers automatically collect:

- Advertising and marketing partners that help us reach new players. We may share hashed contact information or use cookies and pixels for ad targeting and measurement on platforms such as Meta, TikTok, YouTube, and Google. Depending on where you live, sharing for cross-context behavioral advertising may be considered a "sale" or "share" under state privacy laws — see Section 6 for how to opt out.
- Professional advisors such as attorneys, accountants, auditors, and insurers.
- Authorities when required to comply with law, legal process, or to protect rights, safety, or property.

Order records are typically retained for at least seven (7) years for tax and accounting purposes. We delete or anonymize information when it's no longer needed.

We use commercially reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information. We are based in the United States, and our service providers may process information in the U.S. and other countries. If you access the Services from outside the U.S., your information may be transferred to and processed in jurisdictions whose data-protection laws differ from those of your home country. 10. SMS & Text Messaging
If you opt in to SMS messages from basa, message and data rates may apply, and frequency varies. Reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe, or HELP for help. Your mobile carrier is not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

The Site may contain links to third-party sites and services. We are not responsible for their privacy practices. We encourage you to review the privacy policy of any site you visit.
